Many team were waiting for the January transfer window , without a doubt Genoa made the most positive moves.
After Gilardino , Sculli and Biondini ; Genoa have signed with two more new names. Genoa bought half U-21 International Immobile's contract from Juventus and have signed with new Brazilian defender Roger Carvalho (Figueirense)and Argentinean midfielder Fernando Belluschi from Porto.
Genoa's solid transfer moves paid off at the weekend against Napoli. Gilardino and Biondini were brilliant and Genoa have won against Napoli 3-2.
Lecce have sold Ruben Olivera to Fiorentina and signed Valeri Bojinov from Sporting Lisbon.
Also Fiorentina have signed young Argentinean midfielder Guido Pizarro from Lanus.
Lazio have agreed QPR's offer and Cisse expecting to move QPR till tomorrow. Cisse has been struggling in Lazio.
Inter's young midfielder Coutinho has joined to Espanyol on loan till end of the season. Inter already have a deal with Porto's successful midfielder Colombian Freedy Guarin.
Catania have signed Juventus full-back Marco Motta on loan.
Milos Krasic and Elia are likely to leave Juventus. Zenit Petersburg are hoping for a loan but Juventus requiring a permanent sale.
Novara have sacked coach Atillio Tesser and signed Emiliano Mondonico.
Roma have signed attacking midfielder Marquinho from Fluminense on loan.
